Welcome to Audira! By downloading, installing, or using the Audira app ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Audira is a localized AI voice transcription app that provides the following features:
- • Audio recording
- • Local AI speech-to-text
- • Smart summaries and content analysis
- • Recording management and sharing
All processing is done locally on your device and does not require internet connection (except for AI model downloads).
User Responsibilities
When using Audira, you agree to:
- • Use only for lawful purposes
- • Comply with local laws and regulations when recording others
- • Obtain consent from recorded parties when required
- • Not use the service for any illegal activities
- • Be responsible for content you record and store
Privacy and Recording Consent
Important Notice: In some jurisdictions, recording conversations may require one-party or all-party consent. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws. Bili Tech is not responsible for how you use the app.
Intellectual Property
The Audira app and all its content, features, and design are owned by Bili Tech. Content you record belongs to you. By using the service, you retain full ownership of all recordings and transcriptions you create.
Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- • Transcription Accuracy: While we strive to provide high-quality transcription, AI may make errors, especially in noisy environments or with heavy accents
- • Service Availability: We do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free
- • Data Loss: While unlikely, device failures may cause data loss. Please regularly backup important recordings
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bili Tech is not liable for:
- • Data loss or corruption
- • Transcription errors or inaccuracies
- • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service
Open Source Components
Audira uses some open source components, including Whisper and LLaMA models. These components are subject to their respective open source licenses. For details, please see the 'Open Source Licenses' page in the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Major changes will be notified through in-app notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service if you violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
